    Jiang concluded that this modality of energy decentralization enhances the grid while simultaneously navigating the regulatory maze that the Trump administration identified as one of its three core tenets of “America’s AI Action Plan,” a strategy aimed at positioning the US as the foremost leader in artificial intelligence.
