Emerging cohorts disenchanted with the existing financial apparatus and advocating for a socialist framework funded through heightened public expenditures will likely elevate the value of Bitcoin (BTC) in the long run, as per market analyst Jordi Visser.

In a Sunday segment of entrepreneur Anthony Pompliano’s podcast, Visser noted that younger demographics, particularly those aged 25 and under, are combating the rising concerns of AI-induced job displacement and financial instability, leading to intensifying demands for a substitution of the capitalist model with a system of expanded social benefits propelled by public funding.

“Younger individuals lack faith in the system’s recovery. They perceive the system as deteriorating with each passing year,” stated Visser.

“The more frustration is present, the more currency the government will need to generate,” the analyst added. “That is why the value of Bitcoin will continue to rise, irrespective of public opinions; it is set to supplant numerous fiat assets over time,” he concluded.

Expert opinions persist in forecasting and discussing the impacts of the shifting sociopolitical framework on Bitcoin’s acceptance and valuation, as traditional financial frameworks and institutions progressively weaken.

Will AI and robotic entities render capitalism obsolete?

The analyst also cautioned that sufficiently advanced AI and other automated innovations like robotic entities could fundamentally undermine the capitalist model by accumulating wealth and perpetually diminishing the reliance on human work, necessitating societal reorganization. Visser conveyed to Pompliano:

“I began exploring this trajectory in 2013 regarding exponential innovation and the potential hazards it poses to the essence of capitalism. If inequality persists, and a handful of individuals control most wealth, it will invariably yield challenges.

Humanoid machines and automated vehicles are anticipated to become a prevalent commercial reality within approximately five years, according to the analyst.

“Once we start seeing Waymo cars operating in Manhattan, it will serve as a wake-up call. We experienced protests from Uber as it expanded internationally,” remarked Visser.
