The nationwide introduction and media briefing of the 66th The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Awards took place at the Rizal Park Hotel in Manila on May 29, 2025. Acknowledged as one of the Philippine’s most esteemed accolades, The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Awards honors the remarkable young Filipinos who have made significant contributions to society. Conducted annually for Filipinos aged 40 and under, this yearly award-giving entity aims to promote youth leadership, advocating values of service, integrity, and innovation for nation-building.
With this year’s theme, “Excellence in Action, Constructing a Better Tomorrow,” the TOYM awards aspires to achieve the highest number of nominations in TOYM history this 2025. Aiming to expand their outreachrecognize outstanding young individuals in previously underrepresented fields, the TOYM initiative seeks to guarantee a greater representation of youthful excellence throughout the nation.
Organized by JCI Philippines and the TOYM Foundation, these awards reflect JCI’s goal to cultivate leadership and innovation among the youth, acknowledging their service, integrity, and exemplary guidance. By recognizing the accomplishments of the youth, JCI Philippines aims to motivate the youth with remarkable instances of leadership and innovation in tackling societal issues, thus paving the way for a brighter future for the Philippines and beyond.
Eligibility criteria for nomination:
Must be a Filipino aged 18-40 years by December 31, 2025
The nominee must be a Filipino national, comprising those born to Filipino parents abroad; those who at the time the TOYM Secretariat received their application, are naturalized citizens of the Philippines or those who have legally opted for Philippine citizenship; and those who while residing outside the Philippines as resident aliens or immigrants of another nation, have one or both parents who are citizens of the Philippines.
The nominee must have been involved in their respective field for a considerable duration of their life, with documented evidence subject to verification by the TOYM Secretariat.
The nominee must have actively contributed to humanitarian efforts for a significant part of their life, with documented proof subject to verification by the TOYM Secretariat.
The nominee must not have been a previous TOYM awardee or currently serve as a national officer or paid employee of JCI Philippines and the TOYM Foundation.

- Completed and signed Pre-Nomination Form (in PDF Format)
- Certified true copy of the nominee’s Birth Certificate or any equivalent documentation for date and place of birth (in PDF)
- High Resolution, 4”x6” (10cmx15cm), head and shoulders photograph of the nominee (in JPG format)
- Certified True Copy of the Nominee’s NBI Clearance (in PDF)
