We are delighted to announce that the submission of applications is now underway for the fifth batch of the Ethereum Protocol Fellowship (EPF5).
The EPF offers a pathway for enthusiastic protocol contributors to make impactful contributions to Ethereum. Each batch brings together a varied group of individuals striving toward enhancing Ethereum’s technology throughout the fellowship. This encompasses everything from developing client implementations, specifications and testing, to participating in the most recent core protocol research.
The initiative presents fellows with a distinct chance to collaborate with talented peers, connect with current Ethereum core developers, and make a substantial impact on the Ethereum ecosystem.
The EPF is an open-access program. Everyone is welcome to join with the same level of access and support provided to the chosen fellows. A segment of the stipend budget is designated to incentivize active participants without permission.

- Application submissions accepted until May 26, 2024 – APPLY HERE
- The fifth group will take place from June to November 2024, featuring two in-person gatherings at EthCC in Brussels and Devcon in Southeast Asia
- Participants will receive guidance from mentors in the core development community
- Selected participants will be offered a monthly stipend to enable them to concentrate on the program
