SM, via the SM Store’s “Shop and Share a Toy” initiative, recently delivered Christmas gifts to 6,000 disadvantaged children in Metro Manila, Cagayan, Isabela, Batangas, Bicol Region, Cebu, and Zamboanga City to celebrate the season of sharing.
This year’s program marked a 20% rise from last year’s 5,000 toys donated. The allocation of toys was carried out in collaboration with SM Foundation, World Vision, Good Neighbors Philippines, and Rotary International.
Between Dec. 1 and 10, 2024, the SM Store provided customers the opportunity to spread happiness to a child by contributing a toy at a nominal cost. For each single-receipt transaction of P3,000, shoppers could donate a brand-new toy for just P100.

Thanks to the contributions from the campaign, select SPED (Special Education) institutions in Zamboanga City were also able to refurbish their play area within the classrooms.
