Style guide & Design enhancement
Ethereum.org is undergoing an enhancement! In January, we unveiled a style guide (figma document) for public input and suggestions, and we are currently in the process of implementing it live on the website.
We have also released a collection of design principles that guide our decision-making regarding the website.
The deployment of the refreshed site design will also consist of new structures for existing pages – take a look at the modifications that are already live, provide your insights, and stay ready for additional news in the upcoming weeks.
One of the most sought-after features for ethereum.org has been a page dedicated to assisting newcomers in learning how to become part of the community.
In January, we introduced a v1.0 of a Community page, aimed at providing people with a simple method to become engaged. The page currently includes lists of prominent online communities, upcoming events, a roster of meetup groups, and tailored suggestions on how individuals from various backgrounds and skill levels can get involved with the Ethereum community. Thanks to everyone who contributed ideas or content to create this page!

Studio Streamlining
One of the primary pieces of feedback we received when we introduced the Studio feature on ethereum.org was that the tool remained too intricate. The aim of Studio is to be the simplest and fastest way to begin reading and writing smart contracts on Ethereum.
We’ve now further simplified the tool by eliminating features and menu options that were unnecessary for this specific purpose.
We would greatly appreciate your assistance in enhancing it further! Explore the open issues to discover how.
What’s coming up?
We are approaching the completion of a comprehensive audit of all the Individuals content on the site, with the support of some fantastic Ethereum community members. This will lead to the removal and addition of content, reorganization of pages, and rewriting of some existing material.
Subsequently, we will be executing a similar audit of all the “Developers” content on the website. Are you interested in joining our “Tiger Team” to conduct the audit? Apply here!
We continue with the implementation of the design upgrade and are eager to present new page layouts to the community in the forthcoming weeks.
