We are thrilled to announce the return of the Devcon Supporter Program, which investigates innovative methods to finance Ethereum-focused public goods and significant projects, for Devcon 7 in SEA. Initially introduced at Devcon VI in Bogotá as a substitute for conventional event sponsorships, we are eager to provide further details regarding this year’s Supporter Program as we prepare for our trip to Southeast Asia!
Designing Inclusivity
The Devcon Supporter Program welcomes all individuals. When applying, you have the option to participate as a Supporter or an Impact Team. What distinguishes each role?
If you are a Supporter, aiming to create an impact and receive Devcon passes for your team as a token of our appreciation, this program is tailored for you. And if you belong to a smaller team with budget constraints, yet are making a notable Impact with your endeavors and seeking entry to Devcon, then there’s a reason to submit an application as well!
Our objective is to engage a broad array of participants in the Supporter Program.
How does it function?
Choose to participate as a Supporter or Impact Team
Through the Devcon Supporter Program, Supporter Teams will have the chance to contribute to Ethereum-related public goods that enhance the Ethereum ecosystem, and to obtain tickets to Devcon SEA as our gesture of gratitude for supporting technologies that aid our collective advancement.
Approved Impact Teams will be awarded complimentary passes in recognition of their contributions to the Ethereum ecosystem!
Commence by completing the Application form today!. In the upcoming weeks, we’ll provide additional information on qualifying contributions and recipients for Supporter Teams and will start notifying approved Impact Teams.
The application period is open now and will conclude on 31 July 2024.
As a Supporter

Devcon Supporters typically represent teams that are tokenized, have secured funding, or possess the capability to generate impact through contributions to Public Goods.

Additional Updates
The Impact Forum: A hub for meaningful engagements
Devcon 7 in SEA will also host the Impact Forum, a new collection of designated areas where you can connect and engage with teams actively driving change within the Ethereum ecosystem. Some Impact and Supporter teams, among others, will be invited to participate in these unique segments on-site in Bangkok, irrespective of their contribution levels. Here, you’ll discover chances for significant interactions within specific segments of the Ethereum community.
Tickets
The initial chance to secure your tickets for Devcon 7 will commence in June! We will launch a Raffle-Auction, along with additional ticket opportunities debuting in July. We aim to make this Devcon as inclusive as possible through Builder discounts, Local discounts for Southeast Asia, and more available this year.
Speaking
Speaker applications for Devcon SEA will commence in July! Until then, you can suggest who you would like to see present at Devcon on our Forum.
Travel
Devcon, the four-day conference, is scheduled from 12-15 November at the QSNCC venue. Book accommodations near the Metro or Skytrain – the Devcon location is directly connected to the Metro station “Queen Sirikit National Convention Center!”
Arrive early, depart late – Consider reserving a few extra days for events preceding and following Devcon, and to explore Bangkok or Southeast Asia. A Bangkok city guide will be available soon!
