The EEA’s Defi Risk Assessment, Management, and Accounting Working Group (commonly referred to as the “DRAMA WG“) has today issued a Review Draft of its Defi Risk Guidelines discussion document. This discussion document serves as a manual for the risks associated with engaging in DeFi and outlines how to evaluate, manage, account for, and mitigate them. Although primarily intended for DeFi Protocol Users and Protocol Investors, it is equally significant for Protocol Developers aiming to reduce risks associated with their Protocol. Additionally, it aspires to garner insights and feedback from standards developers and regulators.
The Working Group has crafted this document over the past year, incorporating contributions from both large and small enterprises that specialize in pertinent fields such as DeFi, Accounting, Risk Management, and Information Security.
