However, due to <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/novosti2miners\/1520\">Gate.io ceasing BTG deposits<\/a> in the near future, we will discontinue support for BTC disbursements related to BTG mining.<\/p>\n<p>Effective immediately, all BTG mining disbursements will occur solely in BTG.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Implications for Miners:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All new BTG mining disbursements will be handled exclusively in BTG.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding BTC disbursements from recent days will continue to be processed, contingent on the exchange fulfilling necessary deposit transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We recognize that such modifications may pose inconvenience, and we thank you for your patience as we adjust to changing exchange regulations.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Node_Updates\">Node Updates<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span id=\"Zcash_ZEC_v610\">Zcash (ZEC) v6.1.0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The most recent Zcash upgrade, version 6.1.0, is a maintenance release aimed at guaranteeing seamless network operation. This update establishes a new end-of-service height, ensuring ongoing network performance without interruptions. This is a mandatory update, and mining pools are required to upgrade to this version without delay.<\/p>\n<p>Exchanges have been instructed to maintain a suspension on deposits and withdrawals for the time being. Regular desktop users do not need to upgrade, as a more extensive chain audit update is anticipated shortly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hardfork v7 Activation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Triggered at block 433000.<\/li>\n<li>Contains an essential security upgrade to rectify an issue uncovered prior to the full audit update.<\/li>\n<li>Information regarding the hotfix will be revealed once the transition to v7 is finalized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We highly recommend that all mining pools utilizing Zephyr upgrade without delay to ensure network stability.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Block_Reward_Reductions\">Block Reward Reductions<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>January 2025 witnessed programmed block reward reductions for numerous cryptocurrencies following their emission timelines.
