The investment was facilitated by Solari Capital, the investment advisory established by AJ Scaramucci, which spearheaded the company’s $220 million financing round in July, just months prior to\u00a0American Bitcoin going public<\/a>\u00a0via a reverse merger in September, as reported by Fortune.
