That said, we have not yet confirmed the framework and format for the ether presale and thus we do not advise, advocate for, or endorse any attempts to sell, trade, or obtain ether.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p><!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"chakra-text css-gi02ar\">We have recently learned that peercover.com has publicized a fundraising structure that is related in some manner to ether-<!-- --><b> they are not affiliated with the Ethereum initiative, nor do they represent it<!-- --><\/b>, and we believe they are doing a disservice to the Ethereum community by possibly misleading their own clients into a situation that they may not comprehend. Offering to sell ether that has not yet been created to mislead buyers can only be regarded as reckless at this juncture.
