Gratitude to Anaïs Ofranc and the Team at QualitaX

After several years in leadership positions within the Crosschain Interoperability WG, initially on the EEA’s technical team and more recently as co-chair through her EEA member organization QualitaX, Anaïs Ofranc is resigning from her role as co-chair.

Throughout this period, alongside co-chair Dr Weijia Zhang of Wanchain, Anaïs has assisted the group in generating numerous specifications and related documents, including the latest release version of the EEA DLT Interoperability Specification, along with implementation case studies, and various reports and guidelines. She has also played a role in assisting the group in reaching out to prospective members, participants, and others involved in Crosschain Interoperability throughout the ecosystem.

During her tenure, QualitaX has seen growth, leading her to feel she may no longer be able to devote the necessary focus required to fulfill a co-chair’s responsibilities toward the rest of the group.

Acting as co-chair has been an enriching journey filled with collaboration and innovation. I take pride in our achievements together and appreciate the chance to aid in the progression of blockchain interoperability. As I step back, I extend my sincere gratitude to EEA and its members for their support, and I eagerly anticipate witnessing ongoing advancement in interoperability initiatives.

Anaïs Ofranc, CEO and founder of QualitaX

We wish to express our appreciation to Anaïs for her contributions to EEA, particularly her work as a co-chair. The volunteer position of a group co-chair, undertaken by several members, is a vital element in how members realize significant objectives at EEA. It offers opportunities to acquire or enhance various “soft” skills while participating in pioneering technical work, for both the organizations and the individuals involved. Simultaneously, it serves as a greatly valued contribution to the overall ecosystem, and as EEA, we remain acutely aware of the tremendous gratitude we owe to all who have embraced this responsibility.

We are very pleased that Anaïs and QualitaX will continue their participation as members of the Crosschain Interoperability WG, and we appreciate Dr. Zhang for continuing to chair, managing the role independently until a new co-chair is appointed.
